We take pride in our variety of homemade assorted pork sausages.

For over 50 years we’ve been mixing and pumping sausage by hand the old-school way.

Mixing by hand produces a more tender, rustic-textured sausage because the meat proteins become fully activated, allowing the seasoning and flavor to bind throughout the sausage.

Machines simply can’t do that.
