We customize your order on the spot. Whether you need one steak or ten, a whole cut broken down, or ground beef prepared to your preference, we do it all while you wait.

We’re also proud to serve homesteaders and families who raise their own cattle. If you have field-dressed beef (no head, no hide, no innards), bring it to us. We process, grind, portion, and package it exactly how your household needs it — typically $3 per pound. Chops, roasts, ground beef, sausage — we tailor everything to your specifications.
